QA/QC Introduction

Our manufacturing plant has a quality management system in place which maintains high standards in product development and quality assurance. By only using top quality materials in our products, we're able to offer some of the most beautifully crafted saunas in the industry. Additionally, our research and development department is dedicated to implementing the latest and most health beneficial features in our saunas.  This is why Hotwind Saunas are superiorly engineered with  Far Infrared rays Technology heating panels made from the state-of-the-art Japanese technology and equipped the Magnetic Flux Therapy System to increase the healing power of our saunas.

We have our own quality control department, which is responsible for conducting QC inspections and tests at every stage of manufacturing. 

These staff check the specific requirements when we receive an order, then, all materials are checked before production. In-process inspections are performed at every stage, with checks also conducted before delivery to ensure the quality standards of all items before leave the factory
